The logline sets up a situation for a possibly interesting plot, but I think the plot needs to be fleshed out..  What specifically becomes his dramatic problem, hence, his objective goal, as a result of hiding in a small Iowa town?  (And is he placed in Iowa before or after snitching?  This needs clarification as it makes a big difference in the how the plot  might unfold.)

Sort of a male version of “Sister Act” with a “Green Acres” flair – could work nicely
