Good stuff brother, dig the title.
I added some focus to your protag and wonder.

“A reverend begins to question his fate when his new Satanist neighbors are hell-bent on proving he’s their messiah”

Your logline seems to indicate that the lead character is the neighbor of the beast.
However, it also seems to read that the lead character is the devil himself.
Is the lead character the beast or is his neighbor the beast?
Or in this story, is the Devil and the Beast two separate characters?

This seems a little confusing as written.

He is the devil. The devil is the beast. The term is a play on word “666 the number of the beast”.

He is the devil and struggles with that. It is an episodic style comedy.
