This is a very long description that provides too little information about the plot for it to be effective.

Here it is again only with much of the “fat” trimmed off:
After a workaholic falls pregnant she decides to move in with her lover to raise a family despite her over developed work ethic.

The MC’s goal is not clear what does she actually want to achieve? Does she prioritize her family over her career? Or her career over her family?
The stakes seam very low, what’s the worst that will happen if she chooses either? Not sure this would make for enough of a plot over 110 minutes.

      Hope this helps.

“When a responsible, workaholic corporate exec falls pregnant after a one-night stand with a skater, and moves in with him to start family life,
she struggles to juggle her professional image at work with her new duties as a mother.”

Karel’s edit is good, mainly because it ‘skates’ over the fact that she discovers she is pregnant the day after having sex..?? Didn’t know that this was physically possible. I also agree with Nir in that the MC’s goal is very unclear — you have a set-up with no clear idea of what the MC actually wants or has to do – I always think it’s best to start with knowing the goal and the obstacle should be born from that.

      Best of luck.
